We believe the processes of pregnancy, birth and postpartum to be truly phenomenal events and feel honored to support women and families through their unique journeys. We have the utmost respect for you and your individual decisions, believing that your choices will greatly affect your experience and are what matter most. We believe in the value of providing continuity of care that is personalized in the privacy and comfort of your home while upholding the midwifery model of care. This model of care includes:

• Monitoring the physical, psychological, and social well-being of the mother throughout the childbearing cycle
• Providing the mother with individualized education, counseling, prenatal care, continuous hands-on assistance during labor and delivery, and postpartum support
• Minimizing technological interventions
• Identifying and referring women who require obstetrical attention

Your care is approached in a nurturing and holistic manner that is specific to your needs. Utilizing the ancient skills of midwifery and current evidence based practices, we are able to ascertain a clear picture of quality of the symbiotic relationship between you and your baby.

We work as a team of two occasionally bringing in an extra midwife or a student to assist. We are always happy to provide a free consultation and look forward to hearing from you.
